Accountable fits if you are a freelancer or sole proprietor who wants invoices, receipts and taxes in one app and likes having a tax coach.

VAT GPT fits if you sell on Amazon or eBay to private customers in other EU countries. If you are established only in Germany and these distance sales (together with certain electronic services) exceed 10,000 € net in the previous or the current year, VAT of the country of destination applies (§ 3c(4) UStG); instead of registering in each country, you can report it through the OSS scheme with the BZSt (§ 18j UStG, BZSt: One-Stop-Shop). VAT GPT reads the marketplace reports and calculates VAT for Germany and the EU from them.
